Heres what happened

As for my labor story:
I was 2 cms dilated and 85% effaced at my 39 week appt. On wednesday the dr stripped my membranes at my 39 week appt. (my due date was saturday) No signs of labor, so I did some serious walking all day on thursday. On friday morning at abt 3 am I lost my mucus plug. At 5:30 in the morning I woke up with a REALLY bad contraction. I didnt know what it was at first. It lasted about a minute and a half. I got more of them, abt 7-10 minutes apart. At 645 I woke up my husband. We ate breakfast, I tried showering but I had 2 more contractions in the shower and they were horrible. I had to lay down on all fours during them and being in the shower I couldnt get myself back up. Jon had to pick me up. By 8 am we were on our way to hospital. Got to the labor room around 815. The dr was in surgery so they waited to check me, but they hooked me up to monitors and could tell by my contractions that I was in labor. A nurse checked me at 10 or so and I was 6-7 cms dialated. I got an epidural at 11. The dr checked me again at 3 and I was fully dilated but the baby was high so they said we would wait a bit to start pushing. So at 5 they had me start. I pushed until 630 when they decided to use the vacuum to help me because I was beyond exhausted. At 6:32 he was born! The next day they gave me a blood tranfusion and I got 2 bags of blood because I popped a vericose vein in my vagina while pushing and I lost too much blood.
